Your brain hacks you many times a day. It means well, but sometimes its “help” leads you to say or do things you didn’t intend.


With brain hacks, you learn to "hack back"—so you can change your patterns and act the way you
truly want.

Mirja Bang

I have worked with fast-growing companies at high speed for 20 years, and since 2008 I have explored how the brain and time are connected alongside my work.

The methods I learned as a busy leader and employee form the foundation of my everyday life, and I continually develop and refine these tools when I teach and coach busy leaders who want to create more time.

My background is technical, and I have supplemented it with an E-MBA from The Technical University of Denmark.
